Poster Presentations

POSTER SET-UP
Set-up may begin on Sunday, June 24th after 3:00pm
Deadline to set-up is Monday, June 25th by 12:00pm
POSTERBOARD SPECS
Posters are to be 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall, and will be on posterboards that are approximately 2 feet off the ground.
Boards are felt-covered cork, and mounting materials (tacks & velcro) will be provided by the University of Hawai`i at Hilo Conference Center
Each board will accomodate 2 per side, and are double-sided
Poster Sessions will be held in Salon III of the Fairmont Orchid Hotel
The posters will remain up through both author-attended sessions E & K on June 25th, and June 26th, 2007
Presenters whose posters are numbered E… should stand by their posters during Session E, and presenters whose posters are numbered K… should stand by their posters during Session K.
POSTER BREAK-DOWN
Deadline to remove posters is Wednesday, June 27th by 3:00pm
**Posters left up past the removal deadline will be discarded**
